The rental rate is including water, refuse collection tax, internet, and garden maintenance. Gas and electricity is not included. There is a ventilated glass fronted wood stove to heat the sitting rooms and kitchen and electric heaters in the bedroom and bathroom. We can help arrange delivery of firewood for those staying in the winter.

For 4 months Plus: (November-March 1250 Euro) (April-October 1550 Euro)

Your rent could be a combination of the 2 prices if your stay is over both periods.

THE ARCHWAY & THE PALM COURTYARD

For a 12 month stay the rental rate is 1100 Euro per month

For 4 months Plus: (November-March 1100 Euro) (April-October 1450 Euro)
