The villa is surrounded by olive groves and woods, with many lovely walks.
The nearest village is 1 mile down a hill where there is a grocery store and a local bar and a campsite with a pizzeria and swimming pool open to the public, and a bus stop. There are many small towns with street markets, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets a few miles away, wine farms and medieval villages to visit and Florence is a 20 minute drive.

We are a couple from Sweden in our mid-50s who have been renting a house in Barcelona for the past eight years. We are now considering finding a place to rent in Tuscany for a year, as we have greatly enjoyed our trips there.
In the long run, we would like to buy a property, but we believe that renting for a year to get to know the area is a great idea. We came across your website and found Villa Ciarpaglin very interesting.
