Outside is a generous patio area leading to the olive grove below and an annexe studio, with its own bathroom and kitchenette, ideal as a writing studio or art studio, with its own private balcony overlooking the fields and olive groves.

This farmhouse is only available for 1 year rentals, suitable for those coming to Italy on an elective residency visa or for couple or small family wishing to experience a year in Tuscany.

The house has reverse heat cool conditioners in all the rooms and wifi.
